The building was reconfigured into two wings, combining private living spaces with shared amenities, including communal kitchen and outdoor garden areas. The project demonstrates a practical approach to repurposing underutilised assets into functional residential accommodation.

The Redhill Development in Papakura delivered a 260-lot residential subdivision within Auckland’s southern growth corridor. The project focused on creating serviced residential lots supported by civil infrastructure to enable future housing development.
